1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the winph24 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with winph24, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the winph24 Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules.

These Terms apply to all users of the winph24 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the winph24 Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the winph24 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winph24, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the winph24 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by winph24 or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the winph24 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your winph24 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information required during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph24 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your winph24 account that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent winph24 support.
• Notify winph24 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your winph24 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

winph24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your winph24 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified winph24 of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.

winph24 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable law or regulation. You agree to provide all documentation requested by winph24 for KYC purposes, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winph24 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winph24 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

Prohibited payment methods: In accordance with Philippine regulations, winph24 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes. Any attempt to fund a winph24 account using a prohibited payment method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your winph24 account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. winph24 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. winph24 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within minutes of approval, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.

winph24 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

winph24 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all winph24 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• winph24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• winph24 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winph24 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. winph24 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on the winph24 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by chance and/or skill, as applicable to the specific game type, and winph24 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.
• You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any financial consequences thereof.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, winph24 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• winph24's decision on any disputed game outcome or bet settlement shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after the betting window has closed, will be voided.

Individual game rules are published within each game on the winph24 Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph24 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winph24 staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the winph24 Platform or its underlying technology.

8. Responsible Gaming

winph24 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

winph24 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your winph24 account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the winph24 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of winph24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winph24 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the winph24 Platform without the prior written consent of winph24.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

winph24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the winph24 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winph24 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. winph24 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winph24, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the winph24 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting gameplay or transaction processing.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the winph24 Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The winph24 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winph24 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. winph24's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph24 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination & Suspension

winph24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from a recognised responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Cessation of winph24's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bets that were placed in good faith prior to termination will be settled in accordance with normal procedures. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to winph24.

You may close your winph24 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and winph24 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting winph24 customer support. winph24 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or bet settlements, winph24's decision, made after a thorough internal review, shall be final and binding unless overturned by a competent regulatory authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

winph24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winph24 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the winph24 Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
